book review

 I read the book "Down The Rushing River. This is about Obby's friend Sam and his friends who are looking for him when he disappears. They are in the Wild Woods and are moving forward to help Obby and meet a large turtle. They are told Obby are Gong's castle and then they raft down the river to get there. They go on for a while and there are dwarfs on the bridge who throw a rock at them and they dive into the river. After a few seconds, they see a way out and somehow managed to escape.  I read the book "the biggest party in the universe" recently.  This is about a school's 200th birthday and wedding party. Everyone was looking forward to the biggest party. Story Street Primary school is celebrating its 200th birthday on the same day as Miss Cherry and Zak Pieman get married. The day of the party is almost upon them when Zak has a disaster. But the friends have a plan that might just save the day. It seemed that Zak would not be able to attend the wedding because of his injured leg, but with the support of everyone, he was able to call a helicopter and make it in time for the wedding. I suppose friends are important in times like this. 

It was interesting to see that everyone have each different idea unlike mine, and Nicolas and I are on the same page about spending less time looking at phone. it was easy to understand because everyone have a different perspective, which give me specific example.

 I read the book "the barbecue" Donut and Cleo's mum has a big barbecue to celebrate her fortieth birthday. Everyone on Story Street comes to join in the fun. his father started to climb a big tree singing to liven up the place. However, when he got to a certain height he could not get down and called the fire brigade. He was saved and had a nice barbecue with firemen. I'm glad they are having some fun at the end

 I read the book　”Sam Runs Away”.  This is about a girl whose name is Sam. One day morning Sam is really upset because her mum and dad keep arguing with each other as to what doesn't matter. Sam runs away to the secret room of a castle and doesn't want to go home again. Then her friend came into the room to talk her into going back to her home. After she got there, she cried, "I'm sorry for running away" her parents forgave her apology. Furthermore, the parents apologized to her. As a result, they made up. I'm glad they are getting along with each other again.
