I read "The Tale of Peter Rabbit".   Mrs. Rabbit said "you may go into the fields or down the lane, but don't go into Mr. McGregor's garden. Flopsy, Mopsy, and Cottontail, who were good little bunnies.　But Peter, who was naughty.　He ran straight away to Mr. McGrego's garden and squeezed under the gate. And then he ate lettuces and some French beans, etc and went to look for some parsley. but Mr. McGregor found Peter eating his vegetables. The man ran after the rabbit. fortunately, the rabbit could ran away. the rabbit was so tired that he flopped down upon the nice soft sand on the floor of the rabbit hole, shut his eyes.   naughty いたずら好き flop ごろりと横になる

I read "FOLLOW  THE LEADER". "No surprise there, said Spike. One afternoon, Miss Cuttle announced that we'll be taking a trip to the Oyster Beds . The next morning in class, Angel swam over to her friends and she seemed not to be able to wait until the field trip. They swam to the Sunken Ship and played Follow the Leader. After that, "why don't we play Fish, Fish, Shark?" Angel said. But everyone got in a circle except Rosie. Rosie didn't want to this game and go home. next morning, Rosie found Angel and apologized. thanks to that, they could reconcile with each other. I'm glad that Angel and Rosie could make up. porthole 舷窓 

I read "CORDUROY'S CHRISTMAS SURPRISE" Mouse, Rabbit and Puppy were singing "we wish you a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!" And Puppy said "Corduroy, grab your coat and come with us! We'll go caroling at Dolly's house next." Corduroy thought to himself, Christmas was going to be even more fun than usual. He wrote his letter to Santa and then he and his friends went to Dolly's house. they cold enjoy this time. Back at home, he walked outside to the mailbox and dropped the letter inside. After that, he went to bed and dreamed of the happy look on his friends' faces. The next morning, he rushed out to the living room to find lots of presents under the tree. This Christmas was one of the best memories he has ever had. think to oneself 心の中で思う

I read "The Rainbow Machine" "Wow!" said Biff. "Is that where rainbows come from?" "Yes," said Fred, "but I don't know how to work the computer yet." It was raining. Children looked up and saw a rainbow across the sky. In a place far away, there was a lorry. It was a very big lorry because on the back was a very big machine. the machine made rainbows and was called The Rainbow Machine. The rainbow machine sent up a rainbow. The children looked up at the rainbow they had made. The event made them happy. I think making rainbow on their own is exciting and make the best of their life. lorry トラック

Ⅰ read "The Power Cut” "Will you pack these for us, please? asked Wilma. "There will be lots to do," said Dad. Wilf said "we must take the games station. I've got a great game." The family arrived at a cottage. It was a long journey. the children were always playing video games instead of going outside or playing soccer. suddenly all the light went out. I read "Little Red Riding Hood”. the main character is Little Red Riding Hood.  when she got there and she felt something strange. she realized it was her fault the Big Wolf was here. the wolf was creeping towards her, and getting closer. But just then woodcutter crashed through the bedroom window and the wolf ran away as fast as he could. she was fine. I think this reminds me of my childhood and I used to read this Japanese version with my parents.  pounce 襲う peer into 覗き込む

I read“Vanishing Cream. children made a little theatre. The children put on a play and the play was about wizard Blot. Biff was in her room and the key began to glow.“Chip! Chip!”called Biff. Chip ran into Biff's room and the magic took them inside the little house. The magic took them to Wizard Blot's house. “Come in!”said Wizard. Biff and Chip looked at the mess and the Wizard forced them to clean the room up.Wizard said“don't be lazy or I'll turn you into frogs.”When they cleaned up, Biff dropped a bottle. It was Vanishing cream. Biff and Chip vanished. After that, a man came to the house and climbed through the window. The man did not see Biff and Chip. He took all the wizard's computer disks. “Help!Help! I'm being attacked by the washing. wizard Blot came back. Chip gave wizard Blot the computer disks and the Wizard was pleased. It was time to go home. I think Biff and Chip is great to help The Wizard and beat the robber.

I read“Scarecrows” Biff and Chip had a little garden and planted seeds and they put in plants. The birds liked the garden. They ate the seeds and pecked the plants. Biff said,“go away! go away!”Biff and Chip had a idea to make a scarecrow. They got old clothes and made the scarecrow's body. Mum helped them.Chip wanted the scarecrow to be a boy. He called it Fred.The magic key began to glow. The magic took them inside the little house. the magic took them to a mysterious world. The scarecrow came to life. Fred jumped in the air and he called “it's magic”. There were some scarecrows in the lane and Fred ran up to the scarecrows. A scarecrows pointed to a barn and said“we're going to the barn dance. However, Biff and Chip weren't scarecrows, so they could not go to the dance. And then Fred had an idea. Fred made Biff and Chip into scarecrows. As a result, both of two could dance with them. Suddenly, the key glowed and it was time to go home. The magic took them home and

Biff and Chip looked at the box. something was glowing inside it. They opened the box. They looked inside. “I'ts magic,”they said. The key was in the box and glowing. Biff picked up the key and the magic began. Biff and Chip got smaller and smaller and smaller. Chip picked up a pencil，”he said. Biff picked up a pin and said,“look at this big pin.” They looked at the house and it looked like a small house. The windows were glowing. They ran to the house and looked in the window. Biff went to the door. she pushed and pushed, but she could not get in. something was coming and Chip picked up the pin. “Oh help!”he said. It was a little mouse the mouse ran away. Something was glowing. It was magic key. As soon as he picked up, they got bigger and bigger. The magic was over, but they seemed to be enjo

I read “The Christmas Disco”. Everyone at Story Street School was excited. It was almost Christmas. Inside the school it was dark and noisy. Music was throbbing through the hall. “Come on”shouted Sam. “Let's go and dance!”The children ran to the middle of the hall, and began to dance.　And then suddenly everything went black, was silent and still. the children complained about the blackout. Some of the parents began to talk to each other. “Ｗe have some ideas，”said Ben's father.The parents ran back up Story Street and searched their houses for as many torches and camping lights as they could find. it did not take long to bring some light into the hall. “We still don't have any music,”said Ben.“Ｔhis works on batteries,”Sam’smiled, and she switched radio cassette player on. After that, this party was the best Christmas ever and everyone enjoyed this time. I think using Ben's father's wit is great. If the party had ended, it would have a disappointing party.

I read “Ben and the Ghost” Mr and Mrs King were going out for the night. They had an invitation. They left Ben and Tessa of their children to the grandparents. When Ben and Tessa got grandparents' house, the table in the front room was loaded with food and it looked and smelled wonderful. After they had finished eating grandpa put some music on and He began to whirl Tessa round the room. Grandma grabbed Ben and they whirled. Until they all crashed into each other and fell over. they could not stop laughing. When bedtime came and soon Ben and Tessa were both fast asleep. In the middle of the night Ben woke up and a white shape drifted past the end of the bed. “A ghost!　there was a ghost in the bedroom" he yelled out. Tessa woke up and began screaming. “Ghost!　Ghost!　She could not see the ghost, but she screamed anyway.　After that grandpa came into the room he revealed that they took Ben's T-shirt for the ghost. I think it is childish to mistake the T-shirt for the ghost

I read “Sam's New Flat" Sam's mum and dad didn't want to live together anymore, but they want to be with Sam. Her mom said to Sam “it will be much better than having us arguing all the time. However, Sam thought they had misunderstood her. Sam looked out the window with her mum and her friends looked so happy that Sam just felt more miserable. “why don't you go and play with your friends in the park”the mum suggested and Sam went to the park. Sam hung out with Donut. Just then Mrs Green came rushing into the playground and seemed to lost her dog. Sam and Donut looked for her dog so hard. Finally, they could get the dog. Mrs Green bought them ice cream. I think it is great to work hard for someone.

Today's class, I went to global lounge and could get some information about CIEE and Vio. And then I did Monopoly with Vio and my friends. although I cannot win, it was really fun.

I read "Pirates Ahoy!" "I'm bored" said Sam, one wet day. "Let's visit Strange Street." "Good idea," agreed others. It was Sam's turn to push a magic button and they got there.  " I smell salt," said Sam. "What's that sound?" asked Jojo. "It's the sea" said Ben. The costume shop was full of long boots and hats with three corners. Ben liked a telescope in the window. Soon they were walking by the sea and "there is a big sailing ship" said Ben looking through the telescope. The ship is a pirate ship. Two ugly men came from the ship and "pass down that keg!" shouted the captain to Ben and Mouse.  And then he said to Sam, "get down off there and help!". "I am helping," said Sam and she lied that ship is on fire to take advantage of their carelessness. It was successful and they ran quickly. Finally, they got back to there. I read "Beyond Strange Street". Sam lay in bed with her fingers in her ears. With all that noise coming from the room next door, the television was turned up, but she could still hear loud, cross voices. she got out of bed, headed for a empty lift and said "time to visit Strange Street, I think". A magic button was there. One push, and she would be in Strange Street again. However, that place is different to what she was thinking and she got a shock. She walked through many trees on and on.  There is the strangest little creature she had ever seen, which was covered in tufty hair and has two big ears. His name is Obby and he was looking for his glasses. And then, she helped him look for his glasses and found these ones. In reward for that help, he summoned the lift and she was able to get back to her home. I thought she might wander in the for a life time, but I relieved that she can go back to her home.  

I read "Spock the Donkey". The classmates and their teachers visited the City farm for field trip. At the farm there were cows and goats and sheep and hens and horses. And there was a donkey, which was called Spock. Unfortunately, Mrs MacDonald forgot to shut the gate and then Spock pushed the gate with his nose, ran out. "We can catch you!" cried everyone. They ran after the donkey. Finally, Miss Cherry jumped onto his back, rode him back and Ben shut the gate. I think the action that Miss Cherry jumped onto Spock's back is courageous and cool. If I were her, I could not do that.
